Add QuickScriptsDropdown component to header for quick script execution

- Replaces the static Scripts button with a dropdown menu
- Shows all configured scripts with their commands
- One-click script execution that opens the terminal
- "Manage Scripts..." link to open the full scripts modal
- Full keyboard navigation support (arrow keys, Enter, Escape)
- Loading and empty states
