Fusion c0cd5553da feat(FN-3281): ship review revisions and dashboard/plugin integration updates
- Add same-task review revision action and lock-resume regression coverage in TaskReview flow
- Migrate built-in roadmap surface to bundled plugin registration and update lazy view wiring
- Align node-specific working-directory/runtime resolution across core, engine, and dashboard routes
- Add even-realities polling task notifications and default non-ephemeral agents to active with supporting docs/changesets
