FN-9192: add direct chat title switcher
Make Direct conversation titles open an in-place, keyboard-accessible chat switcher.
- Add a responsive title dropdown with pinned, recent, unread, and active conversation states.
- Reuse existing session-selection and back-navigation paths from ChatView.
- Cover interaction, ordering, limits, keyboard behavior, and Room-title exclusions.
- Document the switcher and add a minor release changeset.
