FN-061: refine medieval theme typography
Refine the medieval dashboard theme so its typography and responsive presentation are more balanced.
- Reduce oversized theme typography and tune responsive layout styling.
- Load Pixelify Sans and update theme tokens, documentation, and changesets.
- Expand theme and hook coverage with desktop and mobile visual references.
