gsxdsm 6ade858235 FN-5824: add MiniMax-M3 support examples
Update MiniMax model references to MiniMax-M3 across runtime UI, docs, and tests.

- Update Hermes and OpenClaw model input placeholders to show MiniMax-M3 examples
- Refresh Hermes runtime README and CLI parsing comment examples to MiniMax-M3
- Adjust dashboard usage test expectations from MiniMax-M* to MiniMax-M3
- Add Hermes runtime adapter coverage to ensure MiniMax-M3 is passed through unchanged
