Add two global settings for AI thinking-log persistence: persistAgentThinkingLogPermanent and persistAgentThinkingLogEphemeral. Defaults remain unchanged (thinking persistence is still off unless enabled), and legacy persistAgentThinkingLog is retained as a backward-compatible fallback when granular keys are unset.
