Expose the prompt that started a Planning Mode session wherever its history is reviewed. - Add a reusable read-only PlanningSessionPrompt display for history, errors, and plan-review Q&A. - Integrate prompt rendering and responsive styling into PlanningModeModal. - Document the Planning Mode history behavior and add a minor release changeset. - Cover populated, missing, long, and responsive prompt states with dashboard tests.
