Planning Mode preserves useful model-provided alternatives while retaining one Other response.

- Preserve distinct choices beyond the preferred 3–5 range
- Deduplicate model-authored Other entries into the canonical free-text choice
- Cover desktop and mobile option selection flows and document the behavior
