gsxdsm 3c2bbf36c5 fix: add missing lastReviewDecision to legacy PrInfo type ...

PrPanel.tsx references prInfo.lastReviewDecision but the local
PrInfo interface in legacy.ts was missing this field, breaking
typecheck on main.
