- Add onMouseDown preventDefault on dep-dropdown and items to retain focus
- Extend focusout guard to check dependencies and showDeps state before cancelling
- Add useEffect dependency array entries for dependencies and showDeps
- Add tests for mouseDown preventDefault and blur-with-deps retention
