Preserve selected credential-instance identity across dashboard authentication actions.

- Route named-account OAuth and API-key actions with their instance IDs.
- Retain sibling credential accounts during targeted OAuth polling.
- Document the default-versus-named credential contract and extend desktop/mobile coverage.
