Fusion Agent 4d74560ae0 FN-054: add list-first chat conversation navigation

Move chat conversations to list-first navigation with explicit detail entry and back navigation.

- Replace room-switcher dropdown contracts with list-to-detail coverage.
- Update room composer, thread, gesture, and scroll tests for explicit detail selection.
- Remove obsolete room-switcher UI and refresh dashboard documentation and release metadata.
