- Move base styles for package manager UI (add form, package list, source badges, etc.)
out of @media (max-width: 768px) so they apply on desktop
- Keep only true mobile overrides (form row stacking, button width, reduced padding)
inside the mobile media query
- Fix focus styling: change 'outline: 2px solid var(--focus-ring-strong)' to
'outline: none; box-shadow: var(--focus-ring-strong)' since the token is a
shadow value, not a color
- Tokenize spacing values (padding, gaps) to use CSS variables
This fixes the workflow feedback from quality gates.
