Fusion Agent c3aeff5ff1 FN-048: resize chat composers from the top edge and collapse stale heights ...

Resize shared chat composers around a top-edge drag model and clear manual heights when drafts shrink.

- Replace native textarea resizing with desktop/tablet top-edge pointer resizing.
- Collapse stale manual heights back to automatic sizing for shorter drafts.
- Update composer styles, regression coverage, and the published patch changeset.
