Timothy Laurent 657419e958 fix: remove eslint-disable-line for unregistered react-hooks/exhaustive-deps rule

The project's ESLint flat config does not include the react-hooks plugin,
so referencing its rules in eslint-disable comments causes a "rule not found"
error. Replace with a plain comment preserving the intent.
