Fusion Agent 66ebbb1aa4 FN-054: preserve list-first chat navigation contracts

Migrate Chat detail mounting and room coverage to preserve accessible list-to-detail navigation contracts.

- Gate thread anchoring and live-tail updates on detail mode.
- Replace stale room-switcher tests with list selection and explicit detail entry.
- Retain composer, keyboard overlap, gesture, and scroll assertions across room and direct modes.
