gsxdsm ebb95ba95a fix: add missing changeset frontmatter delimiters

Six changesets were missing the opening (and in most cases closing) `---`
delimiters around their YAML frontmatter, so changeset could not parse the
package bump. Wrap each in proper `---` blocks.
