Documents the @mariozechner/pi-ai and @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent bumps
from ^0.72.1 to ^0.73.0 (already applied in 3a836527b). pi-ai 0.73 also
extracts ErrorEvent.error for Codex WebSocket failures, complementing
the transient-retry classifier added in 0ad850d31.
