Stabilize the process supervisor cascade teardown assertion without relying on the lifetime timer.
- Disable maxLifetimeMs for the explicit cascade teardown test so it cannot race the test's wait window.
- Assert the supervised child exits from SIGTERM and the supervisor registry is cleaned up.
- Keep the grandchild termination assertion explicit after cascade cleanup.
