Fusion 7de5a17810 feat(FN-2679): move show-hidden control inline in usage indicator ...

- Reposition the show-hidden toggle into the UsageIndicator inline layout next to usage details
- Update UsageIndicator styles to support the new inline button placement and spacing
- Add UsageIndicator tests that assert the show-hidden button renders in the correct placement
- Preserve existing behavior while improving visual hierarchy for hidden-usage toggling
