Correct the Kimi/Moonshot AI logo in Usage modal and model selection dropdowns. The crescent moon placeholder icon has been replaced with the official Moonshot AI stylized "K" mark, and both kimi and moonshot provider names now correctly resolve to the Kimi icon.
