gsxdsm cd1a06d66b fix(FN-824): replace mobile board viewport-height with percentage fill
- Replace viewport-height CSS with percentage-based fill to prevent mobile footer overlap
- Add regression tests for mobile footer-safe layout in dashboard-footer-mobile-layout.test.ts
- Add App.test.tsx coverage for viewport height behavior
- Document mobile layout fix in README
