Add a reusable expandable thinking trace across chat and agent transcript surfaces. - Add the ThinkingTrace component, styling, localized labels, and documentation. - Render trace sections across chat, planning, mission, milestone, workflow, and agent log views. - Preserve streaming trace data and add regression and surface coverage.
