Add deterministic end-to-end coverage for the Planning Mode plan-creation lifecycle.

- Exercise contextual interview responses, multilingual options, custom input, and answer rewinds
- Ensure premature agent completion cannot finalize a plan before explicit validation
- Verify validation gates task creation and session cleanup
