gsxdsm 9819000526 FN-6123: remove workflow row dropdown chevron ...

Remove the workflow toolbar chevron icon while preserving the collapse toggle behavior.

- remove the ChevronDown/ChevronRight icon rendering from the workflow toolbar collapse toggle
- keep the existing toggle button semantics, labels, and collapsed workflow text behavior intact
- add a dashboard regression test asserting the toggle renders without an svg chevron icon
