gsxdsm 6243c2c3f2 FN-9026: move terminal display toggles to header ...

Move desktop terminal pin and pop-out controls beside the close button.

- Render shared non-mobile display-mode controls in the terminal header
- Keep footer actions focused on terminal session controls
- Update styling, documentation, regression tests, and release metadata
