Enable touch-driven resizing for task modals on tablet viewports. - Add tablet touch resize handles and pointer interactions for task and new-task modals. - Preserve responsive modal sizing while keeping phone layouts fullscreen. - Add unit, browser, and visual regression coverage with updated documentation.
