Dashboard keyboard shortcuts now toggle their associated dashboard interfaces. - Dispatch toggle callbacks for every configurable dashboard shortcut. - Restore retained prior views and preserve repeated Settings/Command Center history entries. - Add regression coverage, documentation, and a dashboard feature changeset.
