gsxdsm bba415f91b FN-7308: preserve legacy Activity log access

Preserve the legacy task log affordances inside the Activity tab.

- Route legacy Logs entrypoints to Activity → Feed while keeping Raw Logs as the raw agent-output segment.
- Document the Activity Current, Feed, and Raw Logs behavior across operator docs.
- Add regression coverage for Feed legacy entries, duplicate feed rows, and Raw Logs pagination.
- Add a patch changeset for the published CLI package.
