gsxdsm be3799e7a3 FN-8782: stabilize TaskDetailModal rendering tests

Cover TaskDetailModal definition refresh behavior with reliable Promise-backed API mocks.

- Reset detail fetch mocks to preserve the production Promise contract
- Test refreshed markdown file links, rejected refreshes, visibility polling, and stale response fencing
- Update optimistic detail expectations for authoritative Definition refreshes
