- Replace fragile real-timer setTimeout sequencing with fake timers to eliminate CI flakiness
- Refactor mocked planning stream/response flow to deterministically deliver the second question
- Add explicit timer advancement and intermediate assertions around Continue click and response dispatch
- Ensure timer state is always restored with try/finally and keep single-SSE-connection verification
