Fusion c2a4534da7 feat(FN-3624): fix modal scrolling and add mobile modal tests

The merge adds task creation replication across mesh nodes (FN-3631) alongside UI fixes for modal scrolling in the dashboard, particularly the ScriptsModal and GitManagerModal, with corresponding mobile tests. It also hardens the bundle-output test runner's npm execpath fallback logic (FN-3624).
