This merge lands v0.15.0, bringing a major plugin system overhaul including a new dependency graph plugin with SQLite-backed storage, Quick Chat FAB with slash-triggered skill menu, and expanded plugin dashboard views. Remove the Agents page tree view mode and its associated state, hierarchy hook, and tree-specific styling. The view switcher now supports list, board, and org chart only, reducing maintenance overhead for an unused mode.
