gsxdsm a6547957a3 chore: backfill changesets for recent commits

Add changesets covering recent fix/feat commits since v0.8.4 that did
not yet have one: TUI wide layout, TUI log copy feedback, dashboard
merge-base diff, dashboard task-only file diffs, engine concurrency
races, memory dream session-state read, AI-summarized merge commits,
and the FN-2877 task card fallbacks.

Prefer merge-base over potentially stale baseCommitSha when resolving task diff bases in the dashboard. Diffs no longer drift when the recorded base commit lags behind the actual divergence point.
