gsxdsm d768501274 FN-8372: fix html2canvas dependency resolution ...

Allow the dashboard screenshot utility to resolve its bundled html2canvas types.

- Declare html2canvas with the compatible caret range in dashboard metadata.
- Add a patch changeset documenting the dashboard build fix.
