gsxdsm d87db1490e FN-7215: compact task chat tool summaries

Compact task-detail chat tool-call history so collapsed summaries stay scannable.

- Tighten collapsed tool-call summary styling to one-line, ellipsis-friendly rows on desktop and mobile.
- Preserve count, deduped tool names, overflow, and error indicators while keeping expanded details dense.
- Document the compact task chat behavior and add regression coverage against regular Chat styling.
