- Remove the quick-entry actions dropdown and expose Deps, Attach, Models, Agent, and Save controls directly in the expanded panel
- Simplify overlay state handling by dropping actions-menu logic and tightening Escape dismissal order for model/dependency popovers
- Update QuickEntryBox and ListView tests to assert the new inline controls and revised keyboard behavior
- Clean up quick-entry CSS by deleting actions-dropdown styles and adjusting expanded control layout/alignment
- Refresh AGENTS.md quick-entry documentation to match the inline control UX
