Add interactive subtask breakdown dialog for splitting tasks before creation

When creating a task, users can now open a subtask breakdown dialog that:

Uses AI to analyze the task and suggest 2-5 subtasks
Allows editing subtask titles, descriptions, sizes, and dependencies
Creates all subtasks in one action with proper dependency links
