gsxdsm e6b1108067 fix(dashboard): guard taskIdIntegrity access in health banner

Optional-chain `taskIdIntegrity` so the project view doesn't crash with
`undefined is not an object (evaluating 'taskIdIntegrity.status')` when
the dashboard health response omits the field (e.g. against an older
server from before FN-4192).
