gsxdsm e9aa2110e2 FN-7199: show default-on workflow steps for active tasks

Show configured workflow defaults in the results tab when active tasks have no persisted step selections.

- Include default-on optional workflow steps in the read-only configured steps summary.
- De-duplicate optional steps across template ids and materialized workflow step ids.
- Cover empty, default-on, alias, authoritative-result, and edit-mode display behaviors.
