gsxdsm 7f3bd80dbe FN-7297: include ephemeral agents in activity stats

Count ephemeral task-worker runs in dashboard activity analytics so active-agent stats reflect task execution.

- Include agentRuns agent ids alongside usage_events when computing active-agent range totals and daily series.
- Preserve distinct per-agent counting across both activity sources and handle missing agentRuns tables.
- Cover activity analytics, API route fixtures, and Command Center UI expectations for run-only task workers.
- Document the Command Center activity semantics and add a patch changeset for the published CLI bundle.
