Swap the Settings modal Discord link icon to the official Discord mark and cover it with a focused regression test.
- add an inline Discord SVG icon component and use it in the Discord footer link
- remove the previous lucide MessageCircle icon import and usage
- extend SettingsModal tests to assert the Discord SVG renders and the old icon is absent
