6c936d546b fix(analytics): gtag shim kanonik arguments push — tüm conversion takibi kırıktı
Some checks failed
QA Gate (P0/P1) / Test affected app (pull_request) Has been cancelled
initGoogleAds gtag shim'i array push ediyordu ((...args) => dataLayer.push(args));
gtag.js komut olarak sadece `arguments` nesnesini işler, array'i inert dataLayer
verisi sayar → config/event HİÇ çalışmıyordu → _gcl_aw linker cookie'si set
olmuyor, conversion ping'i Google'a gitmiyor, panelde 14 günde 0 dönüşüm (email
kayıtları dahil — sadece OAuth değil). Google'ın kanonik snippet formuna
(function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments)}) döndürüldü. OAuth post-auth fix'iyle
(685c6af) birlikte email+OAuth tüm kayıtlar artık ateşler + doğru atfeder.
Doğrulama: headless test gtag'i teyit edemez (Google bot-baskılaması); kesin
kanıt gerçek tarayıcıda kaydın panele düşmesi.

8d11ae7400 feat: fotoğraftan şase okuma (VIN foto-OCR)
Dashboard şase kutusunun sağına kamera butonu: kullanıcı fotoğraf yükler
(mobilde kamera), görsel istemcide ~1800px'e küçültülüp JPEG'e çevrilir,
POST /vehicles/decode/ocr OpenRouter üzerinden vision modeline gönderir
(varsayılan google/gemini-2.5-flash; bulamazsa openai/gpt-5.4-nano yedeği),
dönen VIN kutuya yazılır. Decode HER ZAMAN kullanıcının "Şase Çöz"
tıklamasıyla başlar — OCR yalnızca yazma zahmetini alır.

Model seçimi 2026-07-09 canlı bake-off'una dayanır (Commons'tan gerçek VIN
fotoğrafları): flash plaka/etiketleri doğru okudu; flash-lite rakam bozdu,
Haiku 4.5 olmayan VIN uydurdu, OCR.space damgalı şasede 8→S hatası verdi.
Sunucu tarafı katı doğrulama (17 karakter, I→1 O→0 Q→9, aksan ayrıştırma)
"regex'ten geçen ama yanlış" VIN'leri keser; okunaksızsa vin:null döner.

- throttle: kullanıcı başına 10 istek/dk; görsel sınırı 5MB (mevcut multipart
  middleware'iyle uyumlu), sadece JPEG/PNG/WebP
- compose: OPENROUTER_API_KEY api VE worker bloklarına eklendi (worker çeviri
işçisi bu anahtarı bekliyordu ama compose'a hiç enjekte edilmemişti),
  VIN_OCR_MODEL / VIN_OCR_FALLBACK_MODEL api bloğuna eklendi
- analitik: vin_ocr_used eventi (success/reason/confidence/duration_ms),
  query_source="ocr"
- i18n: search.ocr.* (tr+en)

98c21fa30e feat(web): Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag + Enhanced Conversions)
Add lib/google-ads.ts (lazy gtag init, gclid capture, Enhanced Conversions,
trackGoogleAdsConversion). Fire sign-up conversion on email registration and
purchase conversion on Stripe success. Gated on VITE_GOOGLE_ADS_* env; no-op
when unset. Mirrors the Meta Pixel/CAPI pattern.

f394897a08 fix(part-prices): fiyat kimliği marka+kod oldu — kısa kodlarda marka karışması giderildi
Kısa sayısal kodlar markalar arası çakışıyor ve FARKLI fiziksel parçaların
fiyatları tek havuzda karışıyordu (vaka: FEBI 27155 ₺160 iken çip GROS+İBRAŞ+
NIFEA karışımı ₺566 medyan gösterdi).

- sku_map'e brand_norm eklendi (takip p10 kolonunun marka kısmı; yoksa sku

- API: GET /part-prices/series (ilk istekte takip history'sinden lazy-backfill,
sonrası salt-pg + Redis) ve POST /part-prices/current-batch (sayfadaki kodlar
için canlı güncel istatistik). P-servisi sözleşmesi: asla throw yok, fail-open.
- Worker: part-price-refresh cron'u 19:30 Europe/Istanbul (takip sync'i 19:05'te
bitiyor) — izlenen kodlara bugünün satırını upsert eder, sku_map'i artımlı
bakar, Redis cache düşürür. SUPPLIER_PRICE_DB_* yoksa sessiz no-op.
- Kaynak köprüsü: takip.sku_map (code_norm → product_id; tam sku / ilk-boşluk /
ilk-tire sonrası normalize adayları) vmi MySQL'inde kurulu; 6,8M satır.
- Web: OEM detayında "Tedarikçi fiyat analizi" kartı (güncel medyan + P95/P99 +
teklif sayısı + 30g delta, 30G/90G/Tümü aralıklı step grafik, recharts) ve
article/muadil/OE satırlarında fiyat çipi → dialog'da tam geçmiş.
- Fix(p): td snapshot'ında gerçek üretici kodu articles.name'de (article_number
%96 upstream sayısal ID) — sayfa artık kopyalanabilir gerçek kodu gösteriyor.
- compose: SUPPLIER_PRICE_DB_ENABLED/URL api+worker bloklarına eklendi.

f29730fae0 fix(surveys): hold captures until the survey event receiver is hooked
trial_urgency_banner_viewed fires ~1s into the page load and raced the lazy
surveys extension — events captured before its hook exists can never activate
an event-triggered survey (affects real users, not just e2e). capture() now
awaits surveysReceiverReady() (onSurveysLoaded, 3s safety timeout) and runs the
eligibility check after the event has gone through.

7f5db3234b fix(posthog): disable bot UA filter on staging so e2e can exercise surveys
posthog-js silently drops every capture when userAgentData.brands contains
HeadlessChrome (UA string/webdriver masking doesn't help), which also starves
event-triggered surveys in Playwright runs against dev.sase.tr. Production
keeps the bot filter.

72c3fe0dc2 feat(surveys): replace Formbricks with self-rendered PostHog API surveys
Formbricks CE turned out to gate person-based targeting (setUserId/attributes
→ 403 enterprise) — the exact flexibility surveys need. PostHog already holds
the person properties, so surveys move back there in API mode: posthog-js
evaluates eligibility (event triggers, targeting flags like
subscription_status=active, wait periods, per-distinct_id dedup) via
getActiveMatchingSurveys, and we render the popover ourselves — zero PostHog
branding, sase.tr dark-theme styling.

- lib/surveys.ts: display manager + capture payload builders that mirror
posthog-js's own "survey shown/dismissed/sent" shapes exactly
  ($survey_response_<qid>, $set $survey_dismissed/<id>[/iter], seenSurvey_*,
lastSeenSurveyDate) so the PostHog Surveys results UI works unchanged
- components/survey-popover.tsx: single_choice (+Diğer), open text, rating/NPS
- posthog.ts: capture/pageview/identify now schedule survey checks; register
deploy_env (dev.sase.tr ships the key now → staging traffic is filterable)
- remove @formbricks/js, its CSP entries and build args

597391bbdf feat(surveys): Formbricks in-app survey bridge over PostHog events
Self-hosted Formbricks (anket.sase.tr) replaces PostHog surveys (free-tier
branding). PostHog stays the single instrumentation source: capture() forwards
allowlisted trigger events (trial_urgency_banner_viewed, subscription_cancelled,
onboarding_completed, vin_decode_error, empty_catalog_cta_clicked) to the
Formbricks SDK, identify/reset/people-properties mirror into Formbricks
attributes, and $pageview registers SPA route changes for no-code triggers.

- apps/web/src/lib/formbricks.ts: lazy fire-and-forget wrapper (inert without
  VITE_FORMBRICKS_APP_URL + VITE_FORMBRICKS_ENV_ID)
- CSP: allow anket.sase.tr in connect-src/img-src
- Dockerfile + compose: bake the two VITE_ build args

cd54cf9443 fix(observability): harden Sentry init for catalog-degradation reporting
- initSentry() is now idempotent via a cached promise, and the degradation
reporter / feedback opener await it — so an empty/error state that renders
before the SDK's dynamic import resolves no longer drops the event (not missing
the failure is the whole point of the auto-capture).
- environment now resolves hostname-first (sase.tr → production, dev.sase.tr →
staging), so the compose-baked VITE_SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT default ("production")
no longer makes dev browser events indistinguishable from prod.

d6c88ede73 feat(observability): session-replay + in-app feedback on catalog UX failures
The two things only the browser can add on top of the backend catalog-degradation
reporting:

- Replay-on-failure: when the catalog UI renders empty-tree (decoded vehicle, no
categories) or a drill loadError, capture a browser Sentry warning and flush the
Session Replay → you can WATCH the user hit the dead-end (serkan's session,
reproducible). Per-session deduped (one replay/session covers the whole journey).
- In-app feedback: a "Çalışmadı mı? Bildir" button on the empty-parts, empty-tree
and loadError states opens the Sentry feedback dialog pre-tagged with the
  vehicle/category (+ session replay) — turns a parts shop's complaint into a
structured, triageable report instead of an email.

Browser events are fingerprinted source="browser" so they form their own
"what users actually saw" issues (carrying replays) next to the server-side
detections. tsc + biome + web build clean.

cdf1ced91a fix(observability): tag Sentry environment by host (dev → staging)
dev.sase.tr and sase.tr both run NODE_ENV=production (and ship the same
production Vite build), so every Sentry event — api, worker, and browser — was
tagged environment=production, making dev errors indistinguishable from prod.
Resolve the environment from the canonical prod host instead: COOLIFY_FQDN /
BETTER_AUTH_URL on the server (the same signal isCatalogBackfillEnabled uses),
window.location.hostname on the web. So dev now tags as "staging" and stays
filterable. Explicit SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT / VITE_SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT still win.

145689a391 feat(capi): server-side Meta Conversions API for signup (CompleteRegistration)
Some checks failed
QA Gate (P0/P1) / Test affected app (pull_request) Has been cancelled
The browser pixel under-counts signups badly: ~96% of paid traffic is mobile
in-app browsers where iOS ITP / ad-blockers drop client events, and the OAuth
path never fired it reliably. Meta recorded ~0 registrations for a 7.5K-spend
campaign while PostHog saw 98 facebook signups — so Meta could neither optimize
toward nor attribute signups, which is the main driver of the low signup rate.

This adds a server-side CAPI CompleteRegistration:
- MetaCapiService + @Global module. Fail-open: no-ops unless META_CAPI_PIXEL_ID
+ META_CAPI_ACCESS_TOKEN are set; never throws (signup must not break).
  SHA-256 hashed email + fbp/fbc/IP/UA.
- Fired from the better-auth user.create.after hook for ALL signups (reliable,
covers Google OAuth which the browser pixel missed entirely).
- A session-gated POST /analytics/meta/complete-registration endpoint adds
fbp/fbc/IP/UA (ad-click attribution) for the email path.
- The browser pixel now passes a shared event_id (signup_<userId>); the
premature Google client-pixel fire (fired on click, before completion) is
  removed.
- All sources dedupe via event_id=signup_<userId>.

Activate by setting META_CAPI_PIXEL_ID + META_CAPI_ACCESS_TOKEN (Events Manager)
in the api env; META_CAPI_TEST_EVENT_CODE routes to Test Events for verification.

afaeec93d7 feat(analytics): heatmaps + feature-flag hook + first A/B test
- Enable PostHog heatmaps (coordinate-only; autocapture stays off so the
PII-heavy logged-in dashboard never ships VIN/OEM text to PostHog).
- Add reusable feature-flag plumbing: subscribeFeatureFlag in lib/posthog
and a useFeatureFlag React hook (works for boolean flags + experiments).
- Wire experiment `demo-cta-copy` into DemoFooterCta: control = current
"sınırsız sorgulama" framing, benefit = B2B OEM value hook. Variant is
tagged on demo_to_register_click; exposure tracked via $feature_flag_called.

PostHog experiment 82775 created in draft (primary metric: demo→user_signed_up,
test accounts excluded). Launches after this reaches prod.

8551cef2e1 chore(web): drop iabjs:// in-app browser noise via denyUrls
Android Instagram in-app browser injects scripts under the iabjs:// scheme
(navigation_performance_logger_android) that throw bridge errors like
"Java object is gone" during beforeunload. denyUrls on /iabjs:\/\// drops
the whole family at the source, message-independent. Also added the message
to ignoreErrors as a fallback.

1a2369a5ec chore(web): ignore Instagram in-app browser window.webkit noise in Sentry
iOS Instagram/Meta in-app browsers inject their own JS that probes the
WKWebView bridge (window.webkit.messageHandlers) and throws when absent.
It surfaces via our global onerror but is not our code — pure noise that
scales with Instagram ad traffic. Added to Sentry ignoreErrors. The
existing issue (124551981) was muted in the Sentry UI.

5d8e4023a5 fix(web): stop dropping UTM params from PostHog pageviews
Some checks failed
QA Gate (P0/P1) / Test affected app (pull_request) Has been cancelled
capturePageView sent `$current_url: origin + path`, stripping the query
string — so every Meta-ad UTM was lost and all paid traffic was
mis-bucketed as "direct" (PostHog saw 9 facebook visitors vs Meta's
~1450 LPV over 21 days). Send the full window.location.href so PostHog
parses $utm_* / $initial_utm_*. Also flip person_profiles to "always"
so anonymous ad visitors get a first-touch profile (volume ~34k/mo, well
within the 1M free tier). Adds a regression test guarding the query string.

Süper Panel
9f3eb0ff86 feat(observability): browser Sentry SDK (gated on VITE_SENTRY_DSN)
Some checks failed
QA Gate (P0/P1) / Test affected app (pull_request) Has been cancelled
Sase frontend has Faro (RUM) and PostHog (product analytics) but no browser
error monitoring. A recent panel session investigation (panel insight
cmpv9q3ms004dfcphluw0z8bh — silent rage-clicks after parts_panel_viewed
with no API call) couldn't be confirmed or refuted from JS error data
because there was no JS error channel at all. This adds one.

- @sentry/react ^9 (dynamic import in lib/sentry.ts so the bundle only
pays the SDK cost when DSN is configured)
- Init is gated on VITE_SENTRY_DSN — unset = no-op, no behaviour change
- Replay only fires on error (sessionSampleRate 0, onErrorSampleRate 1)
- KVKK: sendDefaultPii false, maskAllText + blockAllMedia on replay
- Builds emit hidden source maps so Sentry can de-minify traces while
end users don't fetch the maps in the browser
- docker-compose.coolify.yml threads VITE_SENTRY_* through as build args
(VITE_* must be build-time; runtime env never reaches a Vite bundle)

Wiring on the Coolify side is a separate manual step — set
VITE_SENTRY_DSN on the prod (ro48g…) and/or dev (jwgwkg…) app and
redeploy. Backend Sentry (NestJS) is unchanged.

e5ed6b9f36 feat(web): /catalog — recently-used brands strip
Some checks failed
QA Gate (P0/P1) / Test affected app (pull_request) Has been cancelled
Adds a horizontal scrollable "Son ziyaret ettiklerin" strip above the main
brand grid. Renders only when the user has actually opened at least one
brand detail page before — silent in cold-start state.

Why localStorage, not a backend endpoint
- This is a behavioural shortcut, not authoritative state. Adding a
user_recent_brands table for data we don't have yet is premature.
- Keying by `sase-recent-brands-${userId}` mirrors the trial-banner
scoping pattern; a second user on the same browser doesn't inherit the
  first user's list.
- localStorage failures (private mode, quota) silently degrade — the
strip just stays hidden, never throws.

How a brand gets added
- Tracked at the destination (`/catalog/:brandName` visit), not on the
link click. A click that never resolves into a real visit (auth gate,
slow nav cancel) shouldn't be a "recently used" signal.
- 12 entries stored, 8 surfaced. Headroom for future ranking (e.g.
weight by frequency × recency) without re-recording history.

Plan-lock awareness
- The strip cross-references the `/catalog/brands` access map, so a
brand the user opened while on Full and then lost on a downgrade
shows the same lock chip + amber upgrade route used by the main grid.
- New PostHog event: `catalog_recent_brand_clicked`. Locked recent
  chips reuse `catalog_locked_brand_upgrade_clicked` with
  `surface: "recents"` for funnel distinction.

i18n: `catalog.recentSection` (TR: "Son ziyaret ettiklerin" / EN:
"Recently visited").

05de73dd41 feat(web): catalog shared primitives — ViewModeToggle, CatalogHeader, useViewMode
Three drift-prone catalog surfaces (main /catalog, /catalog/$brandName, and
the legacy CategoryViewToggle) each carried their own inline view-mode
toggle with subtly different aria labels, sizing, icon paths and even a
"Sutun" typo. New surfaces will inherit a single primitive.

- ViewModeToggle: grid/tree/columns radio-group with i18n labels driven by
  `catalog.view.*` keys; fan-out by passing `groupLabelKey`.
- useViewMode(key): centralises read/write of `brandViewMode`/`modelViewMode`
in user-settings — page just owns its current value.
- CatalogHeader: title + subtitle + optional breadcrumb trail + back button +
trailing actions slot, so every catalog drill page renders the same shell.

i18n: adds catalog.subtitle, catalog.view.{groupLabel,grid,list,columns},
catalog.{brandSearch,modelSearch}{Placeholder,NoMatch}, catalog.{hideLocked,
showLocked,lockedSection,lockedSectionHint,inPlanSection,goToModels,
selectBrandHint,columnsBrowseHint,sortLabel}, catalog.sort.{newest,oldest,
alphabetical}.

These primitives stand alone in this commit — the main /catalog and
brand-detail pages migrate to them in 10B and 10C.

eb7b75fbe8 fix(web): onboarding modal — escape hatch + trial_failed analytics
When the trial mutation either fails repeatedly or just hangs past 30s,
new users were trapped staring at the spinner with no way out. Add:

- A `trial_failed` capture on every mutation error (Onboarding funnel can
finally measure the activation failure rate).
- After 2 failures OR 30s in provisioning, surface a "still trying"
panel with "Destek ile konuş" (opens Chatwoot) and "Yine de kapat"
options, and let interact-outside / Esc dismiss the modal again.
- An openChatwoot() helper + typed `toggle` on the ChatwootApi so other
components can open the support widget without poking the global.

a4597544b4 feat(web): vehicle detail polish — analytics, chatwoot cleanup, skeleton, heading
- Capture category_view_changed and catalog_search_opened so the funnel
picks up category-view and cross-tree search activation (previously
  uninstrumented).
- Expose clearChatwootVehicle() and call it from the route's effect
cleanup so a later support chat doesn't carry the previously-viewed
  car's VIN/brand.
- Match the loading skeleton shape to the active viewMode — render a
card grid for grid mode (was always 8 row-bars).
- Switch the vehicle title to the display font (font-display, tracking-tight)
for typography parity with the rest of the app.

1787607be5 feat: embed Chatwoot live-chat widget (destek.sase.tr)
Site-wide live-chat widget served from the self-hosted Chatwoot at
destek.sase.tr, with verified user identity and vehicle context.

- apps/web: lib/chatwoot.ts loads the SDK lazily (mirrors the PostHog
init pattern), init in main.tsx, identify logged-in users in __root
via a server-computed HMAC, and attach the viewed vehicle (VIN/brand/
model) as contact custom attributes on the vehicle detail page.
- apps/api: GET /api/chatwoot/identity (AuthGuard-protected) returns
HMAC-SHA256(user.id) so the widget can use verified identity.
- env: VITE_CHATWOOT_BASE_URL + VITE_CHATWOOT_WEBSITE_TOKEN (build-time,
wired through docker-compose.coolify.yml build args + Dockerfile ARG)
and CHATWOOT_HMAC_TOKEN (api runtime). All optional — widget and
  endpoint no-op when unset.

Pixel ID 1904240520247944 (sase.tr) created on ad account

Some checks failed
CI / Lint, Typecheck, Test & Build (push) Has been cancelled
Parse emexdwc.ae QuickGroups hierarchy and create a static gid→path mapping
(384 groups). Groups page now shows collapsible tree (Body > Vehicle Front >

f2189a014b perf: lazy load Remotion and PostHog to reduce initial bundle by ~355 KB
- Remotion Player + compositions (SchemaDemo, DashboardDemo, EcommerceDemo)
replaced with React.lazy wrappers in routes/index.tsx — now split into
separate chunks loaded only when the landing page sections are visible
- posthog-js static import replaced with a dynamic load() wrapper in
lib/posthog.ts; all exported functions remain fire-and-forget with the
  same API signature
- subscription/index.tsx updated to use new setPeopleProperties() helper
instead of the raw posthog instance

Initial chunk: 1,082 KB → 727 KB (-33%), gzip 324 KB → 212 KB
