chore(deploy): propagate INTERNAL_API_TOKEN to api service 7e56ebbcce 
Süper Panel calls /internal/admin/* endpoints with X-Internal-Token
header. Coolify env value needs to land inside the api container —
docker compose only interpolates listed env vars.
