Semih Yesilyurt e90f825ed7 refactor(web): unify dashboard footer via SiteFooter compact variant ...

Add a `compact` variant to SiteFooter (single-line copyright + legal
links) and use it in the dashboard layout, replacing the divergent
hard-coded inline footer. The dashboard footer is now i18n-aware,
contrast-corrected, and adds the KVKK link for parity with the site
footer. Both layouts now render from one component.
