refactor(FN-962): simplify QuickEntryBox by removing actions dropdown

- Remove the actions dropdown (⋯) and move Plan, Subtask, and other action buttons directly into the disclosure panel
- Simplify QuickEntryBox component by eliminating dropdown menu state management and nested menu logic
- Update QuickEntryBox tests to reflect the simplified UI with direct button access
- Remove dependency/model selection submenus previously housed in the actions dropdown
