FN-6739: document terminal shortcut focus preservation

Document the terminal shortcuts behavior that keeps active sessions focused during shortcut activation.

- Note that Shortcuts panel buttons preserve focus across pointer, mouse, and touch activation.
- Clarify that preserved focus keeps Ctrl combinations emitting control bytes to the shell.
