FN-6099: fix mobile workflow selector CSS contract

Update the WorkflowNodeEditor CSS contract test to match the standalone mobile panel override selector.

- narrow the mobile selector contract assertion to the select and manage controls
- stop expecting the collapsed button in the standalone override rule
