fix(ci): restore full-suite after verification request + lucide mock gaps (#2332)
## Summary Main Full Suite shards have been red after recent landings. Root causes: 1. **Executor tests** — `execute()` now polls `getTaskVerificationRequestAsync` (chat-enqueued verification).
