feat(FN-2290): correct mobile ChatView header and back-button behavior

- Render the thread header on mobile only when a session is active while keeping desktop behavior unchanged
- Show the mobile back button only in active thread view and route it back to session list state
- Add comprehensive ChatView tests covering mobile list/thread states and desktop header visibility
